Watch Art Therapy & Meditation to Connect with the Earth Element for free

Let’s discover the power of the Elements! This first class of the Series focuses on the Earth element. With teacher Karelia Blum, you will learn how to use art and meditation to connect with the Earth Element within you. The class includes an Art Therapy Session where you can discover your strengths and transform your weaknesses. You’ll explore the theory behind art therapy, including geometric shapes, cardinal directions, colors, and Yin and Yang energies, and then put it all into practice through a guided project. All you need for your project is paper, pens or markers, and any paint or coloring pencils. This class sets the foundation for the other elements in the series, including Water, Air, Fire, and Ether.
