Why is my app not opening or functioning correctly?
Make sure that you are using the latest version by either enabling automatic updates or manually updating it in the relevant store.
Why is the website not displaying or presenting correctly on my device?
This could be for several reasons. Firstly, you should log out of the website/app and then log back in again. This is done by clicking on the profile icon (small head) on the top right of the Beamafilm website. If this does not help, you may have a cache issue i.e. cookies that your device has accumulated over time. Try opening the website in an incognito window with a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox (you can find out how to do this by searching on Google if you are unsure). If restarting or clearing your cache does not resolve the issue, please send us more detail by completing the form and a Beamafilm Support team member will contact you shortly.

How can I avoid films with high age-classification ratings?
If you do not have access to Beamakids+, you will be able to use Viewing Restrictions instead. These restrictions will limit films with higher age-classifications on your account.
How can I delete my viewing history?
When you are logged in to Beamafilm you will see a ‘profile icon’ on the top right corner. Click on this icon and then select ‘Profile’ from the drop down menu. Select the ‘History’ tab to view the list of all the films that you have watched so far. You can remove any film if you no longer wish to see it in your history. This will also remove films from the ‘Continue Watching’ carousel on the home page.
How can I change from a paid account to a free library account?
If you wish to change from a paid account to a free Library account, access your profile on the top right of the nav bar. Select ‘Settings’, click ‘Unsubscribe’ and then ‘Delete Account’. You will be automatically logged out of the account, so you can sign up again with your library membership.
